This 6 Week ALL-in-One learning experience takes a systematic (Brick-Driven) approach to lacrosse player development & performance by establishing & elevating the foundation of the athlete. We do this through Mind, Body, & Lacrosse Skills Training. 

❌ Because here’s the BAD news → Most players only train 1 or 2 areas of this lax training triad.  I was one of them.

 👉 The HARD TRUTH is  → You can do all the wall-ball, workouts, shooting, & drills you want, BUT if you can’t implement what you learned in a game, (because you let your mind takeover, Or your body easily breaks down due to injury)  You aren’t getting to see your full potential. 

 ✅ The GOOD news? I’ve been there, and done that. (Not going back) Now, I am here to make sure players are equipped with EVERYTHING they need to make their dreams, a reality. And that starts with CHANGING THE WAY LAX PLAYERS TRAIN! 

Why?  Simple → It’s exactly what I needed when I was younger.   I got so caught up in “pursuing the dream” that I lost the enjoyment of the journey. My goal is to be the coach I needed with ONE message –  You CAN be a high performer & have FUN while doing it!

I am choosing only 10 Middle Schoolers & 10 High Schoolers For 2, Age Specific Training Programs. 

This is for players who:

✅  Don’t need to be “pushed” outside to get extra work in by their parents

✅ Set Goals that they want to achieve (in anything)

✅ Want to become a better Player, but also a better person/high performer

👉 NOTE – I understand this isn’t the majority of players…I am not here to train the 99%. I am here to train the 1% and make them UNCOMMON amongst the UNCOMMON!

(If that means I don’t get as many players…that is okay with me) My goal is to Transform playing careers with this program if that means I change 1 life…I did my job!)

But I will tell you too –  👉 This might be “remote” but it’s anything BUT boring. I built this training experience with  gamification, Base line tests, progress tracking, accountability pods, & analytical tracking systems.

I am fully confident that if the player does the work…it has the power to be TRANSFORMATIONAL.  I actually guarantee it… 

(You think I am joking, I am not.) For example – I will be able to tell when a player reads an assignment,   how long they read it, &  how much time they spent on each page. 

I am a technology nerd so understand that players will be fully engaged, stimulated, & motivated for the next 6 weeks.
